Average to low end pay for responsibility and expected work hours. Very outdated business culture and company practices where professional appearance is regarded highly above actual work ability and ethics. Always fighting with paying customers on scope of work and provided services throughout work orders. Always looking to blame the customer when internal issues cause delays or additional costs. Very stressful environment due to constant haggling with customers combined with understaffing and poor support from management.
