      I can not think of much cons. You get back what you put in. That’s life though. Perception is a key to success

      The Owner is a Control Freak!

      There are no pros. You will be smart to stay away from the controlling and evil owner who can make anyone's life hell!

      Cons

      From the moment you join, the top management will blatantly lie to you. Their care, concern, and happy words are all fake. In reality, the owner is an evil person who just wants to earn more and more money. The owner is also a control freak who wants to micromanage everyone without caring about how stressful it can be to tolerate being monitored all the time. BEWARE!
