Pros

You get to know the world of soft commodities trading, farm to container. It's really complex and fascinating.

Cons

They squeeze the life out of their employees. If they can, they'll make you work the equivalent of 2 employees. They are cheap, they do not care about the wellbeing of their staff NOR the wellbeing of their farmers. Certifications are plain BS because they get to disguise everything right before the certification inspector comes into the farm.

Splendid work culture. Multinational teams Can switch departments on request & avilability of vacancy Your task your baby- if you need help- your colleagues or seniors do help or chip in.

Cons

Location sometimes can be a constraint & it is not easy to change your location.
