depend by where is the office, the teams/people are generally very nice, approachable, friendly; family-oriented company

Cons

depending by the department there could be a lot of work after office hours; need to be flexible with the personal schedule; basic pay is not very competitive; slow increment; career progression is not set and clear, its dependent on various factors
