      Pros

      Family-like environment. Pay is higher than industry standard. The founder is a man of principles. Minimal pressure from management.

      Cons

      You need to be meticulous 100% of the time. Errors or mistakes are not tolerated. An average single employee probably has a work load of at least 2 individuals. Company focuses on a niche market, so stress level is on another level beyond comprehension. But you are compensated for and then some.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and extremely knowledgeable team members. The CEO of the company is a man of integrity and he runs the business with the utmost sincerity and honesty. Pay was actually on the high side considering that I had no experience whatsoever. You can learn a lot from the team members, and they make you feel like family. Although you're a full timer, schedule can be quite flexible depending on your situation. Management was very human and extremely understanding to your personal needs. Management was extremely unselfish about their gains, but would rather do their best to make your life more stable. Company also offered great benefits, including health, vision, and dental. Lunch hour was fixed to 1 hour but it was quite flexible because there would be employees taking more than an hour on a daily basis, without being reprimanded.

      Cons

      Extremely tough environment, and high volume of stress on a daily basis. But this is due to the nature of the industry, and the type of clients you manage. Manager or supervisor can be difficult at times when there's a lot of work. Company did provide benefits but there was a significant out of pocket portion you had to pay, which would reduce your pay.
