      Pros

      Decent benefits, company vehicle you can drive too and from work, good customer base, decent work hours, easy work, steady but low pay and decent coworkers.

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism shown to office staff (An all expenses paid weekend at the beach every year for answering phones). Pay is well below industry standard. Extremely high technician turnover. Owner will chase every little fad and hire outside consultants with no rhyme or reason. Some techs will be let go for looking at the owner wrong while some will be retained even though their behavior would earn a lawsuit. Products provided are woefully inadequate to solve customer problems and do result in high call backs.
