Pros
Ecopax is an exciting progressive company that is tightly focused on their business. I have worked at Ecopax over 5 years and enjoy watching the business prosper and grow. It is very satisfying to know the owners truly care about both the employees and the business and reward generously for a job well done. The benefits are excellent and generally better than surrounding companies
Cons
A downside of rapid growth is never having enough people to do everything that needs to be done. Management is trying to hire the appropriate people but in the interim the work is delegated to current staff.
