There are experienced employees with advanced human aspects and business techniques. The business areas they work on are quite innovative. The team environment is friendly. Izmir branch manager is a wonderful person.
Cons
Sometimes you can work full stack. Some moments you may have responsibilities in more than one area, but it's still good and gives you experience.
