A refreshing company to work for

Pros

Having worked in a few industries for a number of companies, ecosurety is very refreshing. A company that is not afraid to think outside the box or shake up the industry, and staff are encouraged to go the extra mile with full support of management and training when required. The CSR activities are just fantastic too.

Cons

None really - due to my previous experience working for other companies I fully appreciate how good ecosurety is!

Great work life balance - Supportive, driven, friendly, close knit team with a great culture that’s unlike anywhere I’ve ever worked before.

Cons

The only downside I guess is it’s a relatively small company so there may not always be loads of progression opportunities but ultimately depends which team you work in.
