Pros
This company is a great place to work. If you're interested and passionate about doing positive things that affect the environment we work and live in this is a good company to work for. Lots of travel in the southeast, particularly along the Gulf Coast. The company does wetland restoration for profit but seems very interested in leaving a lasting legacy of good work.
Cons
Small but growing. There is always a lot of work to do but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Also, if you want to only do work within whatever your specialty is this is not the place to be. Everybody is asked to wear more than one hat.
