      Pros

      I had vested many years of my career with the previous companies (Rhodia —> Solvay —> ECO). The former Company, ECOSERVICES LLC. is acquired by an investment group and the management was changed from BAD to WORST.

      Cons

      Management was the reason for loosing so many good & talent employees. Maintenance is a mess since the plans are to bandage the issue NOT to resolve it due to cost… No retention or succession plans for good engineer. It still is the good old boy club! Lack of diversity & inclusion! Women has very little acknowledgment. Discrimination lawsuit is pending…

      Pros

      Management, 401k match, retirement, pay, community functions, food. The changes have been good so far.

      Cons

      None in 2025 now. Seeing people from other locations more now and learning from them. That is nice.

      Decent pay rate. Some decent people.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, communication doesn't exist, people are lazy and unqualified, safety is not a top priority, and the whole site is under-staffed.
