      Pros

      You get to learn new stuff depending on which project you are assigned to.

      Cons

      Typical Asian mindset. You cannot just do software development forever. You are to move up as Consulting Manager. They find it too expensive to have you as Software Engineer as they can easily get China(Suzhou),Indonesia(Bandung) developers to do. If you intend to do project management good but if you intend to focus hardcore on software development best to look elsewhere.

      The management is approachable and they are protective of the company's staff. I find that the company is stable and so far have not heard about people getting retrenched

      Cons

      General age group of the employees is rather high and there is turnover rate among the new and younger staff is rather high. Some OT is expected

      Pros

      Extremely tough working environment. But it depends on the project assigned. Can improve a lot on technical as well as project/ management if have a positive mindset. After 'graduating' from Ecquaria, my next job was like so much easier. It's like going to the "Time Chamber" to train in "Dragon Ball".

      Cons

      Some people may find it too tough. People with a negative mindset or who are unable to sustain pressure under a prolonged period (>= 6 months) should not join.
