Pros
For a fresher who is desperate to get a job, this will be a good start, just for the sake of getting an experience certificate. More than technical/operational knowledge, you will certainly get the proper insight on how people behave in the corporate world and how they treat you. This will really help when you move out of this company and look for better opportunities.
Cons
1) One of the main Cons I want to point out is the toxic working culture and how this toxicity affects your mental health. You can only survive here if you are equally toxic. This starts from the top management where they pressure you to achieve the monthly targets for a product that is not as competent as others available in the market. 2) The people working in this company are not Employees for the top management, but just slaves only to achieve targets. Your Managers, Team Leads etc will not understand what you are going through because they don't have any human feelings. It's all about the money. A HR department with hardly 3 people (that too Interns!) tells you how pathetic the condition of the employees are. 4) Ridiculous Salary Package. Don't let the numbers mentioned in the Offer letter fool you. These are just for attracting people. The performance Pay is a damn joke. The long-term bonus mentioned will be given depending on whether they are doing good with the Revenue numbers. They can also change the policies without prior notice. Basically, you will feel as if you are in a Christopher Nolan movie with a lot of Twists! Also they are deducting money from the salary for Snacks and Beverages which you will never get. 5) No fun activity whatsoever. Just keep working. 6) No proper leave/Work-from-home policy. LOP's are the only option if you want more leave. 7) Very Greedy Top management with no proper Mission or Vision. Just faking it. 8) Work Life Balance. Should I even explain this?! It's just an imbalance in all terms.
