Pros

the money is good when you do well as with all recruitment consultancies

Cons

the managers like to play the blame game. that means more focus is placed on blame rather than development. that is not good business

Pros

EDEN BROWN SYNERGY - The consultant I had was very supportive throughout my contract however when this was ended I was treated very poorly by the Company at management level.

Cons

EDEN BROWN SYNERGY - The company are refusing to pay mileage owed from before my contract ended. This has always been paid for lump sum miles and now management are saying that this needs to be itemised. The director / associate directors are very unsupportive in their manner when the contract ends. It feels like the company are only interested in 'workers' whilst they are earning money, and are negligent in their actions towards them afterwards. Advise any future workers to ensure that all expenses are claimed on an ongoing basis and not to rely on any support afterwards should your contract be terminated. Often say there is no other work available despite other agency's stating they have roles. Try other agencies before going to this one.
