Pros
Co-workers keep me going. They are really nice.
Cons
Owner makes it difficult with low pay and not hiring enough staff. He yells and belittles staff. He puts staff against each other by asking them to spy on the ED. My co-workers tell me about it. He is super critical and is stressful when he comes around.
