      awful place with horrific, unethical people

      Pros

      no pros - they hire on a whim then fire on a whim and enjoy ruining people's lives. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Every day there are contentious meetings with people shutting each other down. No place for decent ideas to get a consideration.

      Cons

      - low pay - low IQ and EQ management who can't manage people responsibly - people don't get along with each other - they will go out of business soon if they don't change their entire management

      Pros

      Work-life balance is respected. The coworkers are very friendly. The challenges they are attempting to solve are exciting and revolutionary.

      Cons

      Consistent layoffs over the past year. Annual raises are much lower than inflation. Priorities are constantly changing. Poor cross-team communication leads to frequently interrupted work.
