Pros

Good for developing IT skills on the job.

Cons

Stressful environment. Weirdly toxic executive management that were always at each-others' throats. The second a large client complained about something, hellfire would rain down from the powers that be & typically someone would get fired. For example, the manager position in the support department was a revolving door. There were 3 separate managers in my time there.

Pros

Good people, good culture, they tend to promote from within. Pay was reasonable at the time. They have many positions

Cons

Can be fast paced if thats not your thing, something to consider. Main boss can be obsessive in checking in on you, heard some stories about him checking his cameras while he was at home to make sure people were doing their job. Take that with a grain a salt because they were rumors essentially.

Pros

The work was straight forward and easy, and the middle management team always had your back. There was a lot of opportunity to move around department wise, even to just get your feet wet on a certain area before fully committing.

Cons

The CEO is a control freak. On day one I was warned to not leave my jacket on the back of my chair as the CEO regularly walked the building and would grip about it and request that you hang it by the breakroom. This was also the person who decided to cut the entire NOC after a snafu with the billing department caused a serious gap in revenue as they were not collecting payments. I wish this was an exaggeration, but the decision came down as a way to "trim the fat" while expenses were recouped. It put undue stress on the remaining departments to fill gaps and left several people without jobs, myself included. It was a good job, otherwise, but I would never consider working here ever again and caution anyone who does seek their employment.
