Pros
It provides great way to understand business and sales, helps develop people better. They work with the biggest clients in the world. Yes it’s hard work, but if you do work hard you reap the benefits a lot more!
Cons
People with bad attitudes tend to say negative things about the business, but ignorance is bliss. You can either complain for bad work ethic and go against the company for giving you what you put in, or look at it as a way to be rewarded for the work you do put in. Some just do better than others. Survival of fittest. If you’re weak you will critique, if you’re good you’ll advance tremendously.
