Pros

Occasional pizza party and a paycheck.

Cons

I have only written about three online review in my entire life, and they have all been for praise. This should set the tone for me feelings about the work environment at Edge Imaging. This place is really truly horrible and a job should only be taken here if you are in desperate need of work that pays only pennies above minimum wage. The management, well, they have zero management skills. Passive aggressive, disorganized, and likely over worked and over stressed. The problems at the company are so systemic that I could not even pin-point where they came from. I witness people being laid off with 2 hours notice, literally at 2:30 pm they were told to finish their shift at 4:30 and not come back the next day. Once my direct supervisor went away for a few days at the end of the week and the entire department was informed by her auto-reply email because she hadn't even bothered to tell anyone. The whole work environment from the management to the staff is rather toxic, infused with gossiping and cliques that make you so uncomfortable you don't want to enter the lunch room. When I first started I noticed another woman crying in the bathroom one day, I went to comfort her, and she relayed tales of her frustration and disappointment in her supervisors and fellow colleagues. I thought she was just dramatic! Until I ended up in tears in the bathroom 6 months later with all the same thoughts. There was one employee that was so disgruntled that he would continuously flood the men's toilets by stuffing paper towels them. Weird, but also telling!

Pros

You can stare at peoples funko pops it’s good if you like to date around the office. Dave pond is nice

Cons

Racist, everyone has cliques, people will seem like they’re your friend- they’re not. Pay is a joke- unless you’re white. No Christmas bonus, They will run you down, wear multiple hats, and then you will be laid off.

Pros

Management team is very professional and accommodating, their doors are always open and they're always willing to help with whatever their employees need. Management is very welcoming towards new employees. Very little workplace drama. Lunches and treats served every so often.

Cons

The nature of the business is seasonal so you will see a lot of seasonal/contract photographers or customer service reps come and go. But if you are lucky enough to secure a full time permanent position in the office, you will never want to leave!
