      Pros

      I have worked for them for 7 years. They care about and take care of their employees. Currently they have us working from home since 2019. Small company so everyone is close knit and you don't have to deal with corporate red tape.

      Cons

      Due to the small size of the company they are unable to offer benefits beyond vacation, holidays and sick day.

      They actually care about their employees. This is an amazing company to work for they truly care. About both the employees and the customer.

      Cons

      Not much room to advance due to the company being so small. No medical, dental, vision benefits.
