- Misrepresenting strength of pipeline, current invoicing contracts, and total addressable market to the Board and investors
- Misleading shareholders as to the true value of the company
Pay and Culture
- Gaslighting is prevalent within the culture at Edge, especially around an employee's value to the business, salary requests, and overall business health.
- Majority of employees are dramatically underpaid, whilst the CEO picks up a hefty salary in order to add zero value to the business and go on cycling holidays.
- Misogyny is a rampant and prevalent problem within Edge, and it starts at the top
