Small company gives you exposure to management

Cons

Communication within your own group is not very good. Contingent openings and FT openings are not identified well. Manager leaving wants to interview people, others in group won’t interview his choices. Spinning wheels there. Low compensation due to being a sub on most projects.

Management was incompetent They hired whoever applied without screening or considering if their skills would be the right fit They were “yes” men/women to whatever the clients wanted and didn’t have their own employees backs
