      - Management is attentive - Company is aggressively (in a good way) expanding - Peers are polite and professional

      Cons

      - Some of the legacy employees stagnate improvement - Some people also focus too much on office politics - A few PMs seem like they are not fit for the IT world (clumsy, computer illiterate)
