Good learning experience, but not for the long-term
Pros
Nice corporate office, great coworkers, great for learning about the real estate industry, wild turkey viewing from the courtyard
Cons
They don't pay market, which makes it hard to find quality replacements when people leave, as a result remaining (and already underpaid) employees must pick up the slack. Internal politics are frustrating and stifle innovation and advancement. Corporate culture is stuffy and overly conservative, very few casual dress days (and when it is allowed, a sign is posted at the front desk apologizing for their employees appearance - if that doesn't tell you everything you need to know...), very little telecommuting flexibility. All of this can make employees feel as though they can't be trusted and are little more than a number.
