Pros
If you are a manager, you can shout at your employees, humiliate them, and kick them out if they disagree. Also, you have a parking place and a company car. A good place for brown-nosers.
Cons
1) The company has no vision at all. 2) Not enough parking space for employees, the office is in the middle of nowhere. There is no canteen or cafe. 3) You have to agree with the most absurd decisions of the management, otherwise they offer you to leave. The responsibility for those decisions is on you, not on the management. 4) There is culture of bullying in all departments.
