      Nice building and most of the more junior staff are really nice and care about the company

      Cons

      OMG - Executive Team is a disaster. Lots of turnover and the people that left are 1000% better than the their replacements. CEO is totally clueless and hated by staff (other than the ones she plays favorites to). Never seen such disfunction and blatant favoritism. the Preschool team works really hard and deserve to make more money. The Film and Theater directors are rude and not very bright.
