Pros
Edrington values its people first and foremost. I have never worked for an organization that makes its people their number 1 priority. Edrington lives its Ethos each and every day. The pay is on par with competitors and the benefits package is unrivaled anywhere. Since joining I have always felt like my company cares not only about me, but about my entire family.
Cons
There is not much that Edrington could better for me and my family.
