Pros
Very smart people working there, everyday you can learn new things. People are ambitious and have an ownership approach. The salary was very good.
Cons
For a big part of leaders this is their first job which they do for years. This means they often know how to work in edrone but have no big picture about the market or how to run a company. The leadership has FOMO about using AI and are trying to push AI everywhere even if that doesn't make sense. No clear vision or startegy. Sometimes it felt the leadership has a plan for max one month in the future.
