      HR department ruining the organization.

      Pros

      No pros whatsoever for this company. This is a bad company to work for.

      Cons

      HR is the main problem at this company. The HR department is power hungry and likes throwing their weight around. They are a willing participant in office politics, often making decisions to like/dislike employees or contractors based on trivial things that have nothing to do with performance. The HR team is incompetent, petty, vengeful, and dangerously influential in decision making.

      Pros

      Some employees do care about the students. Other is very appreciative when helped. and you get bonus if your part of the leadership team even if goals are not met.

      Cons

      horrible, horrible benefits. questionable accounting practices. incompetent executive management. shady student recruitment and advisement. CEO Mr. Banet lacks respect and business acumen. his hostile personality creates an environment of constant fear and stress

      Pros

      If you're looking to put your resume and work experience on steroids, Eduk will slam you face-first into an extremely fast paced environment, managing a minimum of two accounts at a time. The turnover is so high that anyone could potentially climb the corporate ladder - for a limited time.

      Cons

      The organizational structure has seriously aggressive dents in it. It's unclear who reports to whom, so it's very common to see more than one person doing the exact same work at the same time. Some of the accounts are great to work with, but others are a nightmare. There is an ugly, unethical side to Eduk that allows mobbing, harassment and open insults on the daily. HR does not step in, nor do they care to.
