Pros

There is nothing good about this company.

Cons

Highly unprofessional hiring process. I joined after being assured of a 10-15 day training and observation period. Surprisingly, my employment was discontinued within just 2-3 days on the grounds of "performance," despite receiving no proper training, structured feedback, or reasonable opportunity to learn the role. I had declined other opportunities to join this organization and was left unemployed within days, resulting in significant personal and financial loss. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward. Repeated attempts to seek clarification went unanswered. My experience with HR Priyanka and the management was extremely disappointing. I would advise candidates to be cautious and seek clear written commitments before making career decisions based on verbal assurances.

Pros

Clear tasks, clear communication, giving employees a lot of autonomy, openness to ideas and focus on results. Always encouraging *and* willing to invest in employees' growth and making sure they get perks even when finances are tough.

Cons

Remote team and often changing priorities, makes it hard to keep up at times, but the emphasis on open communication and reporting mitigates that difficulty
