Definitely not a good company for full time employment. They give salary in form of cash(in envelope) to save their taxes. Very low salary structure, they mostly prefer interns or part time employee who can provide more work in low salary. They lie to the faculties to take more work from them. They have pathetic facilities, infrastructure and HR/administration Dept.

nothing is managed there. employees are under paid as compared to their working hour expectations during the season. collegaues aren't pleasing at all. a lot of back biting. Top managment is too clever. in the era of digitalization, they still write on papers.

Work Culture was so lame they always prefer their long time employees and make feel that the new ones in the company are nothing. They used you and can give you any profile according to their needs doesn't matter what is mentioned in your CV. And then make you left the company when they no longer need you. They torture their employees by keeping their salaries on hold for months without any reason. This company kept the employees only during their peak work months..and then they downsize the company for the rest of the year.
