Can get experience doing a variety of things, get to work with a lot of different people
Cons
Pay is extremely low for the area. Can get stuck doing low effort tasks. IT is plagued with a lot of socially inept people. There is no vacation time. Your pto is combined with sick pay and vacation. You accrue 1 day off per month, 8 hours of PTO time. Thats 12 days per year. So if you take 5 days off for a vacation, you have 7 days for the rest of the year to use for sick days, time off, doctors appointments, etc.
