Good work enviroment. Understanding with time off.
Cons
Not up front with how pay scale works. They say you make $12.00/HR however dont tell you that you dont make that money if you're call quality isnt perfect which is nearly an impossible task. I put in 90 hours in 2 week period and my paycheck was about $89.00 because my quality wasn't 100% AND they also drop your hourly pay rate to $9.00/HR
