Trainers are expected to be superman + spiderman + Iron man all together .everything is expected from the trainer including Training, Sales ,promotion, Counceling , DATA management, calling students , talking followups , getting new leads and convert them into sales, that too after your working hours . they say working hours are 9 hrs , but including all the unnecessary task you need to work more than 11 hrs. The biggest fraud is in employees salary. they will give you a salary structure 90-10 ratio and promise you that they will make it 100% , but what they do is make your 90 as 100% salary, plus PF is not getting updated on time.
