You will gain valuable experience at the cost of receiving little to no support.

Cons

You will not be supported as a supervisor and your experience will mean nothing unless you are a company favorite. Upper management is not trained to lead. Opportunities to advance are few and far between and not worth the pay. Unpleasant special projects team.
