Pros
I worked here from 12/19-10/20. We closed down in March for COVID and by the time we reopened I had quit to move out of state. I worked at the Skinner location. There were a lot of wonderful people who worked here and the Director, Miss Gwen, is someone I look up to very much. I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism and the way she cared for her staff. The pay was amazing, great PTO and benefits, and a lot of time off for holidays. Daycares and childcare centers get a bad rap but I really did enjoy working here.

Short staffed on occasions, difficult having to work with coaches and meeting the expectations of both Educare and the organization that held our grant money
