They get you involved in all processes for delivering an app to the market. As a developer you won't only work as technical member of the team, you also get to work directly with the client, the sales team and the design team for ensuring a quality product, working for EducaTablet it's a very enriching experience.
Cons
Poor decisions from the executives and management team. Product managers where generally clueless about product requirements and technical issues. Requirements where defined on the go and business rules flew out and in without a reason.
