Pros

Flexible hiring criteria: does not stigmitize the older employee, handicapped, nationality, or other "isms" that are out there for employees to face.

Cons

Education Experts has bitten off more than it can chew, and is often so desperate to hire, and to fill a quota that they have utilized tactics that are borderline misrepresentation. Their immediate staff will "say anything" to get Teachers to (do) what they want without considering the long term consequences of utilizing these tactics. They do not use all of the housing funds allocated to teachers housing to find decent housing - they cut corners - install teachers in bad housing, bad locations - without taking into consideration that housing direclty impacts the "attitude" that teachers have about their employment in Saudi Arabia. They often make clerical monetary mistakes, and do not pay the teachers properly - but, they do pay something - if not all. They often leave teachers at airports for hours on end, and when they do pick them up - they drop them off into nasty hotels without water, food, or Abayas - only to pick them up and take them to offices where teachers sit around waiting for hours - without food, or water - to sign contracts. They treat teachers with disrespect, and tell them "we can get more teachers," and wonder why teachers leave abruptly, do not return, and are very angrily making reports on ESL sites like Daves ESL Cafe about how they were "treated." They yell at teachers, ingore them, and lie to and about them, often making their lives miserable because they deigned to ask for decent treatment. They take months to pay their staff back for Visa's - and overall? Are disorganized, petty, vindictive and often mean spirited - and these personalized activities against its staff - leads to "midnight" runs, abandonment of duties, low return to the same contract the next year.

Pros

They are very reliable in responding to any query of mine until I paid my £500 deposit.

Cons

I signed a contract on an Open Day in June 2014 and subsequently paid £500 to secure a place of work. They agreed to refund me In October 2014 but never did. I filled in a refund form which they accepted decreed the refund date the 24th of October but never did. They ignore my emails and phone calls. What should I do to get my refund back?

Pros

N/A Not a good word to say

Cons

Lie about timescales, lie about pay, lie about deposit, everything uttered by any staff member is a lie. Don't be duped in by the ease at which they recruit. I have been trying to get my £500 back for months now. I just want to see the end of this horrible company which has turned my whole life upside down after both myself and my wife left perfectly well paid jobs in the UK.
