Management is not well equiped to run. One of the newer managers has proven themselves to be extrememly rude and disrespectful to staff. Politics are everything. You are not paid according to the amount of work you contribute. You will be expected to work multiple departments, with no change in pay.
It keeps a roof over your head, gives you somewhere to go during the day.

Company talks change but doesn't understand the actual meaning of change. Company wants buzzwords, but are unwilling to spend money or time to achieve buzzwords. No accountability for anyone - giant game of pass the buck
