Pros

Good environment most of the time. Manager great. Benefits are just OK.

Cons

Management (Director Level) will promise unreachable goals and then hang the team out to dry when they are not met. They will nitpick every little aspect of your workday, making what could be a great job a drag. Health insurance will not cover a lot of generics. HR Director retaliated against employees. This is a VERY toxic work environment if you aren't buddy-buddy with upper-management. PTO is stuck in 2000. Will work you 50+ hours a week without any accommodation. Takes advantage of employees.

Pros

The friends you can make are amazing

Cons

- Below average pay - Below average benefits - Management wants you to risk your life to get to work (ice storms and if you have covid, they expect you in the office) - Forced to use PTO if you don't want to risk your life to get to the office - They ask you to bring your work laptop on your vacation so you can work on your vacation, but still tell you, you have to use PTO if you aren't in the office even if you are working. - Super toxic environment from other departments, like Marketing department and the ED department; they'll report you to HR if you don't kiss their feet. - Fake benefits: They'll tell you that they provide amazing benefits and then never deliver on it. - Rats in the building (literal and figurative)
