It can get your foot in the door to Banking.

Cons

The management is terrible. No one can make decisions but William. They don't care about their employees, only themselves. There's so much turn around in this place.

Most of the staff are nice Average pay $15/hr Work at a branch if you can

Cons

Management will blatantly disregard the schedule you give them, or hours you want to work and expect you to work 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and Saturday shifts with absolutely no notice whatsoever. They will also throw a fit when you need to swap shifts with someone when major life events come up. There is no schedule for during the week, only for Saturday shifts. This leads to not being able to plan anything outside of work because you never know when or where you're supposed to be until maybe half a week out.
