Very worst and bad company edufic digital. Freshers and Experience please dont apply here and dont waste your life here. Very torcher in office stressful work here they given work last minute 5 clk after and file going today itself they said after 12clk need to work no convinced for late time work. Heavy politics and micro management here. 3yrs im working here. Management dont care about for employees they need only work work like a machine. Very stress full work inside office. Please dont apply here.

Cons

No Increment, No Bonus, No medical leave, No leave, No Sick leave, No Tea & Coffee, No Canteen, worst restroom, No parking, No WFH, Nothing in this office. Worst work Worst work culture. No work life balance. Bad timings. Entry time strict, Log out time management not considered after 12clk also need to work.

The fellow are very friedly. The management makes sure the emplyoee is satisfied with the working environment.all employee are provided with free lunch .

Cons

Being an intern i felt the work load is a little too much . Utilization of human resource is not optimised. The senior staff are too friendly that at times they forget the need to teach the interns. and learning new things is very crusial at this time

Dont join, they fire without proper reason if you are getting a good pay or ask questions with why you had cuts in your pay

Cons

1. Owner doesnt know anything 2. Cant ask for pay slip, they dont make that here 3. If you ask questions on your pay you will be scolded 4. Abusive culture, they will yell and abuse you, without any reason, and fire you saying code of conduct.
