      Nothing to write in this Pros section. This company is simply worst.

      Cons

      Well... everything will come under Cons... No Professionalism, No employee friendly environment, No work-life balance. They want their employees to be Bots. Suffocating Environment, no scope for enhancing knowledge. No leaves, no week-offs, they always expect u to be with ur laptop when u are on leave. Internal Politics, No future goals. Everything worst that u can think is present here. Dnt believe on previous 3* & 4* ratings, Directors themselves have submitted their fake views.

      They give you all reasons to leave the job.

      Cons

      - Reach within 15mins of office time or your half day leave counted. - They don't know on which post you applied for and get you any work they want. - You don't have skills or talent, no problem just entertain them and keep quite when they make you sit for 13hrs - 14hrs in office. - Can't work till late hours? they are ready to kick you out. - High level of attitude in some employees. - Want leave? ok, once in 6months - Come to office even if you are on death bed. List continues
