      Great working culture, however some critical flaws

      Pros

      - Amazing staff and managers - Positive working culture, promotes work life balance and taking care of yourself before the company -Overall they promote great values in children education

      Cons

      - There was a huge lay-off, which is how I ended my work here and it was really out of the blue with no warning. There could be more transparency or more notice before being forced to quit. Don't exactly know the laws around it since EDMO is a smaller nonprofit, but just humanely could've been a lot better. But before the execs decided on this, there was a lot of potential for growth.

      Pros

      Worked with great people and they have a great mission that most people believe in including myself.

      Cons

      Very poor management all the way around. Communication is terrible, you never know what is going on and you never know where you stand. You're told one thing but they really don't mean it or want to go through with what they told you. Way too many HENS in the HEN-HOUSE. No one really takes control of situations. Too many people in management that SHOULDN'T be in that role. No one looks out for the best interest of the employees.
