* Company Culture - I've never worked with a company before with such amazing company culture. The founders are very thoughtful to ensure that the team has an amazing work environment where we are constantly encouraged to learn and grow with the company and the goals and expectations are achievable. *Excellent Work/Life Balance - This company doesn't tie you to a time clock and the flexibility makes work so much more enjoyable. Not everyone is cut out for a 9-5 type lifestyle (and living in LA traffic makes things challenging). Edvo understands that some people work their best at odd times of the day and even offers remote working opportunities and these added benefits make for much more productive and happier employees! * Leadership - The CEO and co-founders are some of the most incredible and intelligent minded people with amazing leadership qualities. They really know how to lead with intention and just being around them makes you want to be the best the most intelligent version of yourself. They have achieved so much and I'm excited to be apart of their journey! *The Team - You can easily tell that the CEO and co-founders worked hard to cultivate an amazing team who make working for this company even more enjoyable. Every single person works hard and understands the importance of everything they do to make sure that their success and the companies success are directly correlated to one another. This team is extremely collaborative and they understand that every job has it's purpose and is necessary in order for this business to be successful!

Culture- The Edvo culture is amazing! The pillars that were created by the co-founders really resonated with me and taught me to be 1% better each day. As a startup the days can be stressful but the leadership always made sure that the team felt appreciated. Leadership- The Edvo leadership was accessible and always ready to hear thoughts on how to make the experience better. They really listened to each team member, and made sure that our opinions were heard and were implemented. Leadership also made sure to spend quality time with each team member and helped each team member with tasks, and making us better. Team- The team members at Edvo are amazing! I was new to the tech industry and Edvo leadership took a risk by bringing me on board, but the team members were always there to help me and teach me new skills everyday! I was truly blessed for this opportunity! I now have a set of skills that will make me better at my next opportunity. Overall working at Edvo has changed my life, I learned a lot in my year. I miss the team everyday, I will never forget all the things and I learned and the people I have met. They are trying to fix a problem that has plagued the job industry for years. I cannot wait to see how they change the world!
