Prior to Edvo, I was a full-time freelancer, and I chose my clients very particularly ... so it says a lot about Edvo that I wanted to come on board this team. But like Sheryl Sandberg said, "If you're offered a seat on a rocket ship, get on." I've had an amazing experience here. The team has fantastic energy - fun, collaborative, always open to dialogue, always available to help - and everyone is a pro at what they do. There are some world-class professionals on board this team, and it's a pleasure to get to work with them everyday. The culture is healthy and supportive (highly productive, but also sensitive to everyone's needs). The work is inspiring. The product is fantastic. The customers are wonderful. If I'm being honest, I've loved working at Edvo even more than I expected when I first joined the team (and I expected to love it when I first interviewed for the job).

It's a small startup, so you have to love startup energy to work here - the type of person who's excited about blazing the trail as you go. If that describes you (it definitely describes me), then there really aren't any cons - the culture here is fantastic.

I was referred to Edvo by my mentor to help me in my job search process and could have not come across a better person than Shireen to help me with it. She provided me with the resources to be successful in the interviews that I had with Edvo’s partner companies. Although I did not end up taking a job with one of the companies that Edvo is partnered with, Shireen was always on my side to coach me and prepare me for what was to come. I can’t thank her enough.

Because Edvo is currently growing their list of partnered companies, the types of roles one may be looking for may not be available but Shireen is doing an amazing job day in and day out to cultivate these relationships with other companies to help them find the best possible candidates.
