      Pros

      Everyone is nice. They've known each other for 7-10 years.

      Cons

      1) The first to "make a complaint" gets the benefit of the doubt. Automatically. Once that happens, you become the "black sheep". 2) Upper management provides lip service. "They care" when talking to the group. Not when issues among individuals arise. They'll just focus on the first to make a complaint. 2) Not much room to grow. Everything is locked in.

      Upper management is a complete joke No room for growth Toxic culture/politics A lot of lip service about how they want the best for their employees but when push comes to shove they don't follow through Expect a lot from employees yet hardly flexible in return
