Pros
Very few meetings, which allows me to actually get work done! Freedom to build things the way I feel is best, but support is available if needed. The company is amazingly flexible in regards to geographic location and time requirements. As long as the work is being done and the hours are getting put in they don't care, where you work, or if you need time off during 'normal working hours'.
Cons
No benefits. Working remotely can be lonely at times.
