      Pros

      Company had been good to work for. flexible hours, working from home if needed.

      Cons

      After the restructure and sacking of 50% of the staff the culture evaporated. Everything is now about every last dollar.

      Pros

      - Prior to June 2018, this was a good company to work at. The management used to listen to the ideas of the employees. - There was good work-life balance.

      Cons

      With the change in management, there were lots of redundancies, many employees were stood down. Many people from the Management left. I don't think this is a good place to work currently. Closed offices in Calcutta and Pune. Existing employees in Pune still asked to work from home. A very toxic place to work at the moment.
