Fully remote Provides educational tools such as Udemy and encourages and pays for certifications Many smart people work there

Cons

Management is extremely stingy with accrued PTO They were unwilling to honor promises of specific time off made in writing to me pre-employment They use third party recruiters but do not clearly communicate expectations between them and their agents
